For a drunk driver to knock pedestrian not once but a consecutive second time within 100 metres, he had to be way, way imbibed beyond the tolerance of what his brain can take.
According to witness reports, he was seen quarreling with an Asian woman in his car near Peace Center.
My conjecture is that he was so pissed that upon dropping her off as he was returning home, in a rage he decided to hit some "Chinks" or "Gooks" when he chanced upon them in Bukit Panjang.
The next morning when he was at the scene where his car was found, the news reports said he did not smelled of alcohol but neglected to elaborate on whether he projected the demeanour of a hangover although the photos published served to dismiss that.
So that proves he was not drunk! So why?
A psychiatric examination to clue in on his race orientation should be able to provide a new angle to a crime of murder!
