If you are 70 years old and above, you are legally classified as Puah-Siu and it is up to you if you are to drive PMA.

However, if you are below 70 and want to drive PMA, you need a Puah-Siu certificate.

From Feb 27, users can complete the required Assessment for Mobility Scooter with their regular doctor, general practitioner or occupational therapist.

MP will arrange chartered bus to transport the residents who need cripple certificate to Khoo Teng Puat hospital to get the necessary certificates

Volunteers are welcome.
