Not so simple; The 66.6% already have been brainwashed that such Pay and Pay policies (including million $ salaries for Ministars, holding back your CPF withdrawals) are ABSOLUTELY necessary for the survival of Singapore.

The PAP knows this and uses FEAR as a tactic which is VERY EFFECTIVE on RISK AVERSE (KIASI/KIASU) Singaporeans.
