See the difference between PAP rally and opposition rally, one is orchestrated and the other is spontaneous. Nicole Seah is another example. People can spot sincerity and spontaneity, compared to reading from a script.

Irene Ng It is hard to summarise a two-hour dialogue into a few lines, and I didn't intend to. Was just sharing some thoughts. That doesn't mean that we didn't discuss other issues. And Mike Ang, if I may say, ___________the issue is not sincerity - I can assu[/SIZE]___________re you we are very sincere[/SIZE] - but more complex forces at work. It is not unusual for the opposition to draw crowds, just the way the PAP - when it was an opposition party - drew mammoth crowds. That said, the PAP, as a ruling party, has to transform to connect better with our people, and it will change.
