Actually if you think deeper you'll know what is actually going on.
1. Firstly it's no rocket science authorities can't handle the rising cases.
2. Secondly look at the boy is he critically sick ? He said he was informed not because he was sick and seeking help so why are Gorment barricading all hawkers and markets and 'picking' more people or plucking more numbers out of their @$$3$ when they already can't handle the current situation ?
Why would anyone jeopardize themselves ? lol.........
