Review by a US Military veteran who was on the ground in Iraq :
You want an "HONEST" movie about Iraq? You'll get an "HONEST" movie about Iraq when you see these facts and how they relate to the war :
Sunni muslims and Shia muslims absolutely fucking hate each other. The U.S. had NO FUCKING IDEA how much hate there was. Saddam was a Sunni. Iraq is majority Shia. To stay in power Saddam had to constantly murder people with his Army. When the U.S. disbanded the Iraqi Army it wasn't a dumb move it was a DEMANDED move by the majority of Shia Iraq because the Iraqi Army was terrifying to them and would NEVER feel Iraq was free if the Sunni Army was still in power. Saddam and Iran had a war that cost 700,000 lives. Iran backed Iraqi groups that were trying to overthrow Saddam. Saddam lied to the world about having WMD to scare Iran. Saddams generals tried to tell Saddam that his bluff was dangerous but none had the balls to speak to the dictator too loudly. Speaking back to Saddam meant death and this explains why the U.S. never picked up any chatter going against this falsehood. The bluff WORKED on both Iran AND the United States. Saddam admitted all of this in interviews before he was hung by the Shia.
The U.S. had NO FUCKING IDEA that Saddam was lying to scare Iran. Saddams Sunni Army was trying to stay in power and transitioned into an insurgency. That insurgency was surrounded by the Americans at Fallujah and fought a battle there.. The Shia loved it. The Sunnis hated it. The Sunnis decided to boycott the elections and created a power vacuum filled by Shia. This left Iraq with an under represented Sunni. The Sunni then blew up the holy Shia Al Askari mosque in Samarra. This kicked off a civil war in Iraq. The U.S. had NO FUCKING IDEA that the Sunnis and Shia hated each other way more than they loved Iraq. The U.S. was trying to build a country that had no sense of country. The U.S. had NO FUCKING IDEA they would loot their own museums and run murder squads through their own neighborhoods. The U.S. didn't invade to steal Oil like Micheal Moore and the U.S. liberal media claimed. Iraq was in control of its own oil and in fact sold the biggest claims to China .This completely debunks the false narrative that Bush was this super evil warmonger that was lying about WMD to invade Iraq to steal all the oil so he could personally make Billions of dollars.
When the U.S. defeated their enemies they rebuilt their enemies like Japan and Germany. No nation in the history of warfare has ever done this. Hillary Clinton and liberals all voted for the war but as soon as the election cycle started they ran on an anti-war platform and FUCKED OVER the common American soldier AND Iraq. Instead of reporting all of these FACTS they get on the nightly news and tally American Soldiers Death Numbers. How In The FUCK do you imagine how that made us feel while we were over there? What did we expect the common Iraqi to think when they hear this shit that we are doing it to steal their oil? When I went to Iraq I viewed Democrats and Republicans as two participants in a plural government that ran opposing views that led to compromise. By the end of Iraq I felt stabbed in the fucking back by Democrats and felt Republicans were easily fooled by Saddam. Republicans aren't evil they're fucking STUPID. Democrats will do ANYTHING for power. Fucking ANYTHING. They will tell you there's a war on women. They will tell you there's a war on black people. They will tell you the climate can be solved with Taxes. They will tell you immigration is a racial issue but really want 5 million Democratic Voters. Republicans are too fucking STUPID to remember that immigration makes this country strong. They are too fucking STUPID to remember that weening ourselves off oil helps the environment and improves our security.
FUCK the Republicans, and FUCK the Democrats.
