Motorcycle thief arrested

SINGAPORE: Police have arrested a 17-year-old male who's believed to be responsible for at least two motorcycle thefts in the Punggol area last week.
He was arrested in an ambush at the Seah Imm Road car park on Wednesday after he attempted to start the engine of one of the motorcycles.
Investigation against the suspect is currently on-going.
First-time offenders found guilty of motor vehicle theft may be jailed up to seven years and fined.
