I agree on the Rolex. If u got $10k u can buy the cheapest ones. But typically it’s about $20k for mid range and the expensive ones made with platinum can be as much as more than $100k. That’s why I am buying Audemars Piguet. Out of 100 ppl, 50 wears Rolex, but only maybe 5 wears AP.

The truly rich are not robots & do have down time to spare & share necessary insights, to help uplift lives. There is NO need to envy or disparage them. They had worked hard honestly in life & seized opportunities, thru courage, perseverance & determination.

His post, while may not be the most articulate, it does show a comparison on those whom are truly wealthy & those whom are not, & merely sought a question to be discussed by all, as NO mortal is perfect - WHO should one impress in life to rise above - to others with what little one has, whom others will only envy, snigger, bully, etc, OR to impress oneself, thru the ACHEIVEMENT of ideals he gained, that all Humanity aspires to, to lead others to rise in life?

Ultimately, his point is about HUMILITY & critical PRIORITIES in life. The insignificantly nobody me humbly apologize if yet again I wrote a post that is deemed 'too cheem'...

the truly rich ones a.k.a. tech billionaires in sillycon valley value their privacy and security above all else. they don’t wish to have paparazzi pry into their homes and yards to take pics of their kids (for fear of kidnappings for ransom) so they erect security gates, high walls and hedges around their properties in atherton, los altos, palo alto, woodside. no flashy cars nor watches nor bags. just tee shirts, jeans, allbirds sneakers, and apple watches on their wrists (to track health and sexercise charts). yeah, even google billionaires rely on macbooks, carry iphones and wear apple watches. now you know how fucked up android and chromebook devices are. they don’t even carry and wear the shit that their company they founded owns and operates.

billionaires in sillycon valley don’t drive continental cars anymore. the last one was steve jobs who drove a brand new 2-door mercedes amg every 6.9 months to avoid showing registered ca license plates (new cars have temp license plates). their preferred vehicles are top of the line range rover, lambo, ferrari, or maserati suvs.
