　　习近平欢迎鲁哈尼访华并出席上海合作组织青岛峰会。习近平指出，我2016年对伊朗进行国事访问期间，中伊两国宣布建立全面战略伙伴关系。两年多来，双方密切合作，全面落实我和总统先生达成的共识。双方各领域合作取得丰富成果，人文交流日益密切。中伊关系具有深入发展的潜力。中方愿同伊方一道努力，共同推动中伊全面战略伙伴关系行稳致远。

　　习近平强调，中伊双方要以深化政治关系为统领，不断增进战略互信，加强各层级交往，继续在涉及彼此核心利益的重大关切问题上相互理解、相互支持。要以共建“一带一路”为主线，引领务实合作，以打击恐怖主义为重点，推进执法安全合作，以增进中伊友好为目标，深化人文交流合作。

　　习近平指出，伊朗核问题全面协议是多边主义重要成果，有助于维护中东地区和平稳定及国际核不扩散体系，应该继续得到切实执行。中方一贯主张和平解决国际争端和热点问题，愿同伊方加强在多边框架内合作，推动构建新型国际关系。

　　鲁哈尼表示，祝贺上海合作组织青岛峰会圆满闭幕。习近平主席两年前对伊朗的访问极大提升了我们两国关系。伊方对伊中全面战略伙伴关系顺利发展感到高兴，愿深化两国各领域务实合作，落实好两国共建“一带一路”合作协议。当前，伊核问题全面协议存续面临挑战，伊朗期待着包括中国在内的国际社会为妥善应对有关问题发挥积极作用。

　　会谈后，两国元首共同见证了有关双边合作文件的签署。
