Town council should seize these clothes hung at public playground!

These clothes were spotted hanging in a playground by STOMPer gopinathmaasi. The STOMPer suggests that the town council can seize these clothes so that this will not occur again.

In an email, the STOMPer said:

"Is this a children's playground or a place for drying laundry?

"How can children play in this playground (situated near Block 686B, Choa Chu Kang Crescent)?

"I suggest that the town council seize these clothes so that this doesn't happen again."

simple solution. TC should just remove all laundry and wait for owner to come and claim. we he comes and claim fine him $50. After a few times no more such nonsense.

But I think the problem is when you have flat crammed with 10 people, where are they going to dry their clothes??
