years of PAP brainwashing have damaged Singaporeans brains...
SINGAPORE: A 31-year-old woman is being investigated for allegedly lodging a false report by claiming she was threatened by another person.
In a news release on Wednesday (Aug 10), police said that the suspect, who works as a taxi driver, called 999 on Jul 27 at about 11pm, to report that she was threatened by a “passenger” with a pointed object and directed to go to Chin Bee. Upon arrival, the “passenger” alighted and fled from the vehicle.
Police, however, found many inconsistencies during the course of investigations and established that the woman had provided false information.
Investigations against the woman are ongoing. If convicted, she could be jailed for up to a year, or fined up to S$5,000, or both. Another woman, 22, is under police investigation for lodging a false report on snatch theft this week.
