PRC will have to focus on dealing with air pollution (besides other environmental issues). The number of motor vehicles there is only going to increase with the rise in wealth and the problem will rise with it.

these are additional impediments to "man"- kind, imagine if the ah tiong also has to don this mask whilst engaging in bu-chee-kong - as if the helmet for small head no enuff
