The people in the 50's, 60,s & the 70's weren't that educated & clever, so they trusted the MIW's, for their needs, they contirbuted to the those HDB transactions & others...willingly! But as years go by, they upgraded themselves, so the later years, other lawyers were allowed to do conveyances...
