Mirrored but partially censored forum

I can see that there's going to be a lot of duplication of posting.

So, in vBulletin, is there a feature for mirroring a forum without loading your database with extra threads?

For example, if a thread is being moderated.

1. The entirely thread is hidden from the moderated forum. Or.

2. Only the moderated reply are hidden.

So, a new thread or reply will appears on both forum concurrently.

I don't think it's possible without a custom code.

2 identical forums except for those thread or reply being moderated will not appear in the moderated forum.

Best of both worlds, I suppose.
