PEASANTPORE: The regime is considering harsher penalties for litterbugs to boost state coffers after the various bailouts for bus cartels and petty merchants.

The maximum fine for recalcitrant peasant offenders may be raised to 10,000 peanuts, up from the current 1,000 peanuts. Yet the fine for well connected baboons like Woffles Wu lying to the Poodles and subverting justice is merely 1500 peanuts. This is further proof that preferential treatment is reserved for well connected baboons.

Explaining the fine hikes in Imperial Court, Second Minion for Environment and Floods Grace Fu Manchu said the National Environment Arses will hire more foreigners and increase enforcement hours by about 50 per cent to catch more litterbugs.

More plainclothes cronies will also deployed at littering hotspots since they are basically idling at their desks now but Ho Jinx demands more cash for her punts.

However, Grace Fu Manchu stressed the enforcement and penalty system is the best solution now since Ruler Loong played Santa Claus and gave bailouts to bus cartels and petty merchants.

She sneered: "We need the public's support for peasants to pay fines to help fund Ho Jinx hor! You all know we gave 1 billion peanuts to bus cartels. Tarman also gave wage bailouts to petty merchants up to 3.6 billion peanuts. Penang Laksa says he wants to sell cheaper birdcages, up to 30% discount! So tell me where to find cash for Ho Jinx?

No choice but up surveillance, enforcement and fines lor. Please do not moan that I did not warn you bastard Asiatic litterbugs or pester my colleagues during Meet the Peasants' Sessions. So please wake up and use the rubbish bins. In short, if not for the legion of banglas, our birdcage estates will become slums."

They will only catch Singaporeans and will close two eyes when it is a foreigner. Then blame Singaporeans for not keeping the place clean.

Why people are openly flouting laws is that they are showing their anger and frustration at those that control the State and its coffers.

Their reasons is that they are suffering finacially and has to pay huge fines for violations.

Using foreigners to "ensnare" citizens is further injuring the people here.

The best way to treat a "festering" wound is to apply medication constantly and in the process curing it completely.

This takes time but the end result is always true appreciation.

Please do not throw benzine on a fire or put salt into the wounds.
