Humans should not be exploited like animals. Just as animals will bite back after incessant torture, human will fight back harder after decades of exploitation.

Singapore has limited land and a monopoly land owner. Prices go up because demand outstrips supply.
NZ has loads of land, loads of water, loads of hydro power and loads of labor.
The increase in wages has already killed manufacturing in NZ. All have moved offshore.
