Dear Gurus, I have been reading this forum for many years and have finally decided to purchase a unit at HH. Buying a completed unit direct from developer. SPA price is 502k but as it's a completed unit( not subsale) I would still need to get valuation for bank loan. Bank valuation is 400k.
My question is, would Malaysia side consider SPA price or valuation price in this situation for minimum price?
