In view of the high probability of "white horses" cheating the NS system, henceforth the NS obligations for "super-white (超级白) horses" will be restricted to six months for full-time NS with no reservist call-ups necessary. They will also be exempted from annual IPPTs so as not to disrupt their immeasurably valuable service to the nation which they will undoubtedly be providing due to being appointed to positions of high importance. They will be given a rank of Captain upon the start of their full-time NS and be deployed to work in a commercial or academic activity of their choice in an office location of their preference. After their full-time NS, depending on who their fathers are, they may be promoted up to the rank of Brigadier-General. This will ensure that these personnel would no longer feel the need or be tempted to cheat the system to jump-start their careers. As part of this change, they will now be identified as "white elephants" instead of "white horses" to signify their sacred status.

On a side note, all NS men will now be issued with Code 10 hair cream which will be designated as an essential full-pack item. This will allow them to be immaculately groomed at any time, anywhere. Only recruits and botaks will be excused from carrying this item.

My father exploited the loophole in the system to my advantage. I did only 1 in camp before they were too scared to call me up again.

We are closer to Thailand and white elephants are considered sacred there, in addition to the intended pun. Cows are only sacred in India, most other places eat them.
