Exercise regimen: I train my abs by doing about 35 repetitions of roller abs every day. The maximum I've done in one go is 50. I go to the gym two to five times a month to work on my lower body. I also run for leisure.
Diet: I eat everything but in moderation. I have five meals a day. They consist of a heavy breakfast and dinner. Lunch is a lighter affair and the rest are snacks such as wheat biscuits and frozen yoghurt. I stop eating two hours before bedtime.
