It's 5am at Clarke Quay, and cabbies with the 'change shift' sign are driving by the taxi stand without stopping. At times like this, nothing short of a superhero will get them to pick up passengers.
STOMPer sswong spotted the man, dressed as the Marvel superhero Thor -- complete with his trusty hammer Mjolnir -- stopping taxis from driving past and directing them to pick up waiting passengers lined up at the taxi stand.

"A super hero The Mighty Thor was found at Clark Quay controlling taxis to follow the rules.
"I work at Clarke Quay. I passed by this scene and found it quite funny. This happened on Sunday morning at 5am.
"The man was stopping taxis that were driving past the cab queue and telling them to pick up passengers.
"He did not appear to be drunk. I also did not see any other people in costume nearby.
"I heard from a friend later that police arrived and told him to get off the road. He then left the scene."
