Others, though, felt that the Out-of-Bounds markers could have been made clearer before hand if DPM Teo was uncomfortable talking about a free press, democracy and intellectual honesty.

Boh Tang Gong, a student, said: “If we knew that there was going to be restrictions, we wouldn’t have heckled Teo Chee Hean.”

She also said: “We all could have gone for tea break earlier. And if I can provide questions and answers at the same time, I could have just talked to myself.”

Taking into consideration these positive feedback provided by students, organisers have decided they will relocate the venue for the Pre-U Seminar from 2013 onwards.

From next year, students will just need to stay at home, with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk in hand, and talk to the mirror since the answer lies within them.

I love our younger gen esp students from our PreUs. I am not sure about the MIW Ministers though, how they think of them.

They are so politically awakened and so passionate for once to chiong about the politics of the day that our ossified and calcified PAP govt cannot cope with their rapid development.

Shame on the PAP for letting down our future leaders! What an adorable bunch of students, ready to go on strike by staying home, with popcorns and snacks to TCSS than wasting time with our current leaders!

Sad testimonial to how we want to shape Singapore in the image of PAP when a younger electorate rejects it like poison.

Propaganda is always best served to impressionable young minds.

I was invited to attend it during my JC days. I said no.

Friends who attended it told me it's a talk cock sing song session.

IIRC, back then it was called the 'Temasek Seminar'.
