HE HARDLY had time to go to class, while she made sure she attended all her lessons.

But Mr Lester Lin, 25 and Ms Tan Yi Fong, 23, have something in common.

They are among the top five earners from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Class of 2011, according to a premliminary survey by the institution.

Their secret? Not tertiary education.
