Mediacorps profit - Radio and TV license tax should be ABOLISHED

I read with interest in the today newspaper yesterday regarding their 80 something million profits.

Shouldn't our media company be self sustaining already? Why is the people still being tax the ridiculous radio and TV licenses every year amounting to hundreds of dollars on pretext that they are use to make meaningful programs etc etc.

So they take the peoples money to make programs then make profits out of it to keep for themselves?

I want to see the Radio and TV license tax ABOLISHED!!!!!!
