hmm...ongoing....any news?

I hazard a guess:

10% reduction,
50-50 variable + fixed components...

spend so long to study to come up with such a conclusion? LOL

I read on TRE that someone commented that it will be quite drastic. Also changes to the pension scheme too.

Defintely the changes shall be drastic! There will be pay rise for them because at this pay they are underpaid so grossly that they are unable to function properly to solve the problems, in order for them to solve the problems promptly without any worries from their other portfolios, all minister shall be paid from current salary + portfolios fees from other offices + bonuses from other portfolios + Director fees from other portfolios + 30% loading of total salary paid to ensure that they will not be worse off for giving up all their other incomes! And they will be given performance bonuses for every situation of crisis that they will solve from now on! As for pension scheme, all pensioned to be paid shall commenced from the completion of their first term they are in office and back pay shall be calculated from the new pay scheme with immediate effect and all CPF arrears from the revised salary shall be paid back in full to the CPF accounts + compunded interest & dollar value depreciation!
