I was browsing Jobs Bank looking for relevant positions when I came across this company looking for an Marketing Assistant Manager. Thinking that this job was relevant to my experience, I clicked on the link and was shocked to see the position being offer to Indonesians!

I thought jobs bank was a portal set up by the government to make employers offer equal chances to locals to apply for the jobs? Yet this job advert clearly states that they prefer Indonesians and is obviously telling Singaporeans to stay away! What a defiant company to put their requirements so boldly and highlighted in yellow (I did not add these highlights) on the government jobs bank when it is clearly stated that the job should be offered to Singaporeans first!

Maybe this is the result of our government's many years of pampering companies like this. They think that by threatening and behaving like a gangster in our country, they can get away with it. If they want to play punk with us, they can just pack up and leave Singapore! We don't need trash companies like you.

Ridiculous! Native indonesians obviously understand their home markets better than singaporeans. It is known! Losers like Nicole Seah should just fuck off from Thailand as she cannot be doing a good job there because she is not Thai.
