Flood problem is nothing new.

During Yakult's time, there is already the infamous "once in 50 years" remark.

Why until this day and age, still not resolved?

Could it be because Vivian spending too much time and energy trying to fix the opposition in the ceiling cleaning saga?

fix nebermind.... kena scolding from manpower minister. somemore send 2 contract workers must be those cheap laborers to supervise the road. standing in the flood... no risk assessment, no toolkit meeting, no safety supervisor..
