Yah. Especially around Mountbatten and Stadium area. They will usually gather at Jalan Batu small hawker centre.for breakfast.

Those road cyclists cycle easily 50 to 75km in the morning at Zone 3 to 4 heart rate. Me is only PCN type. Slow like a turtle. Heart rate sometimes cant even hit Zone 2
