POLICE are looking for this man in the the photo to assist with investigations into a cheating case. The incident occurred at Beach Road on April 1. The man is believed to be a foreigner in his forties. He is described to be about 1.8 metres tall, of a medium build, with a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing metal-rimmed spectacles, a light-coloured long-sleeves shirt and dark-coloured trousers. Any person with information on this man can call the Police Hotline at 1800-2550000.
