Police are looking for the man shown in the pictures to assist with investigations into a case of Insulting the Modesty of a Woman reported in the vicinity of Hougang Avenue 7 on Jan 29.
The man is believed to be in his 20s, with medium build and short hair. He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt, a pair of blue jeans and rimless spectacles.
