HE HAD left Louis Vuitton but went around promising bags with 40 per cent discounts.
Loke Yew Choong collected $13,633 from seven friends and acquaintances for 16 bags and a wallet, but used most of the money to pay off his gambling debts.
On Friday, the 34-year-old was jailed four months.
The district court heard that he had made restitution of $3,156, comprising four bags and $1,672 in cash.
