A SUSPECT in a fatal stabbing 27 years ago re-surfaced yesterday morning in a special court session and was charged with the capital offence of murder. He was arrested last Friday but the police would not reveal if Lee had turned himself in, or if he had been tracked down and extradited here. It is not known if Lee had spent all these years abroad or if he had remained in Singapore undetected.
