Man charged with molestation

A TECHNICAL adviser was brought to court on Friday for allegedly molesting a woman.
Tay Poh Meng, 57, is accused of grabbing and caressing the upper arms of a 24-year-old woman and placing his hand on her cleavage on Sept 17 2010.
He is represented by Mr Kertar Singh who sought an adjournment to make representations.
Tay will appear in court again on July 22.
If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to two years and/or a fine.
