Man charged after Sydney woman stabbed

Police investigating the stabbing death of a pregnant woman in east Sydney have charged a man with murder.
Allira Green was found by emergency services with a stab wound to her chest about 1.15am (AEST) on Saturday.
The 23-year-old died at the Maroubra unit.
A senior police source has told AAP she was five months pregnant.
A 38-year-old attended Maroubra Police Station around midday, and was charged with murder late on Saturday afternoon.
He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
The young woman had told friends and family she was "loving life" only weeks before her death.
She took to Facebook on July 22 to announce she would have a son, writing: "nothing will bring me down from this high im on koz IM HAVING A BOYYYYY!!"
Later that day she wrote: "Deadset loving life right now, everything is going exactly how I want it to for the first time in sooooooo long! No more gronks in my life and I couldn't be more proud of myself."
Police said investigations into her death were ongoing and a post-mortem examination would be conducted early next week.
