"I was having lunch with my wife at Wan Chai cafe at IMM. This incident happened between 12.30pm to 1pm.
"A couple, who appeared to be in their mid 20s to early 30s, were seen raising their voices at an employee, apparently because the employee had been rude.
"They were with their son, who was about 5 years old or younger.
"All was well until the man confronted the old auntie (apparently, the rude employee) and used his hand to knock her cap off her head.
"It seemed as if he wanted to hit the helpless old auntie.
"Luckily, someone was there to hold him off.
"He also said he was not leaving without an apology.
"He was finally dragged off by his wife when their son started crying and said he was scared.
"Before he stormed off, he swiped his hand at the food counter in a bid to smash some plates and stuff.
"What a jerk of a grown man to want to use force on a helpless old woman, and how childish can he get by breaking the things before he left?"
