Man arrested over election exit poll on website

The man who has been linked to the Temasek Review sociopolitical website was arrested last month for offences under the Parliamentary Elections Act.
Dr Joseph Ong Chor Teck has since been released on bail pending further investigations, said a police spokesman on Saturday.
He confirmed the arrest in response to queries from The Sunday Times. 'It is inappropriate to comment further as investigations are ongoing,' he said.
The Sunday Times understands that Dr Ong was arrested on Sept 3 for conducting an exit poll during the general election on May 7.
