Man arrested for outrage of modesty

SINGAPORE - A 27-year-old man was arrested for allegedly outraging a woman's modesty at Jurong West Street 42 on Jan 3.
The police received a report from a 26-year-old woman that an unknown man had molested her in the lift of a HDB flat located in Jurong West St 42.
Police investigations led to the arrested of the suspect on Jan 8 in Jurong West.
A statement from the police revealed that investigations are still ongoing. If found guilty, the suspect can be jailed between 3 and 10 years and faces possible caning as well.
