A 48-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded for psychiatric examination for allegedly stuffing crumpled advertisement papers and faeces separately into a post box in the Serangoon area.
Chim Wai Chong is alleged to have committed two counts of public nuisance near Block 3 Lorong Lew Lian on April 15 and Serangoon Central on May 25.
If convicted, he can be fined up to $1,000 on each charge.
He will be back in court on June 17.
