Man, 53, arrested for stealing clothes in Woodlands
A 53-year-old man has been arrested under suspicion of stealing clothes.

SINGAPORE - A 53-year-old man has been arrested under suspicion of stealing clothes in Woodlands.
Police conducted a check on the man on Wednesday night at about 11pm near Block 667 Woodlands Ring Road, and found him in possession of a few items of clothing.
He was subsequently arrested, and the clothes seized.
Preliminary investigations revealed the suspect could have been involved in numerous other cases of clothing theft reported in the public housing estates of Woodlands and Marsiling.
He is believed to have taken the clothes from common corridors in these HDB estates, while they were hung out to dry.
Among the items seized were women's clothing, including lingerie.
The suspect will appear in court on Friday.
