SINGAPORE : Malaysian sex bloggers Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee will be shooting a documentary on their lives in Singapore.
A Kuala Lumpur court granted their application to have their passports released on Monday and the duo, better known as Alvivi, are expected to be in Singapore from May 18 to June 3. They have been instructed to refrain from commenting about their ongoing cases here.
Tan, 26, and Lee, 25, were invited to shoot the documentary by local production house Xtreme Media, and Orchard Road is said to be among the filming locations, according to Malaysia media.
The controversial pair, infamous for posting their sex videos online, are facing charges under the under the Film Censorship Act and Sedition Act.
Last July, they were charged with exhibiting obscene images on their blog, and posting an allegedly seditious Ramadan greeting on Facebook. A third charge for inciting hostility between groups of different religions was struck out last month.
