m&ds must know that they are given privilege in this Singkie govt set up. All sorts of help and you can see a lot of m&d working in civil service. They lead a better life on average then those in South East Asia. The kind of opportunity and subsidy vs outcome they get. I would say that it's outside in proportion

m&d must see the bigger picture and distance themselves from the Arab this conflict. The war is not against religion but it's against Hamas. The m&ds must differentiate and distinguish themselves as a Nation , not by colour or religion
Your reply is a standard answer in praise of statism. Work for the state and draw your allegiance from whoever that gives you a better life even if it means you fuck your own values a million times over. Notice I didn't say religion cos values can come from different belief systems. Clearly, your position is deeply materialist as it is pragmatic and utilitarian. In typical Pap fashion, the ends justifies the means. The country will continue to exist just as the civil service no doubt will, regardless of the party that comes into power. The party is not the country and it can never be, but it is in the interest of any ruling party to become the state. This is the distinction every citizen needs to learn

This MOE propaganda campaign against Malay kids have opened many Malay eyes especially when they see absolutely none of the Malay MPs are voicing up in support of the Malay position.

I hope they will be wise enough to extrapolate back 58 years of being marginalized and oppressed.

Make plans to migrate or make plans for the next generation to. Do not allow your people to be bullied and manipulated.

But in the short term, vote them out!
It must be nice playing the victim.

Malay majority in Singapore and Malaysia do not need to go to other countries to work as maids or prostitutes.

Look at Malay majority in Indonesia; their young women have to travel to Singapore to work as maids.

Look at Pinoys; many of them have to come to Singapore to work as maids and some even coming here to work as prostitutes.

Singapore is in good hand

It's the state that actually make you and put you where you are. Religion don't make you and put u where you are.

You're daft to think so, because for every Malay that does that, 5 chinks have to do the same.

it’s the state that also controls you with its narrative, and determines whether you are impoverished, and if you have rights. Organised religion has been co-opted by the state to serve its narrative. It has nothing to do with spiritual faith which stems from one’s interaction with a set of values. How you act out those values determines your level of faith not how religious you are. Many distinctions, but none of which you seem to be able to make
