Why wasn't the husband charged for complicity?
Don't tell me he doesn't know what goes on in his household? Or the maid never brought things up to him?
Or he is a henpecked hubby, too afraid to say anything to the wife?

All maid employers should be made a go through course on humanity. If they cannot house a maid in a proper and appropriate accommodation…they should not be allowed to employ one.
