A STOMPer suggests implementing a higher frequency of bus service 238 at the Toa Payoh Interchange, as the queue for the bus is always so long.
Even when two buses arrived at the same time to pick the passengers up, it was not enough to take up all the passengers.
This STOMPer says:
“The queue for a bus service over at the Toa Payoh bus interchange, central area was really long that it could create a big circle from the starting to the end.
“In the end, only two buses came and it was still not enough to take up all the passengers.
“This happened during peak hours.
“Perhaps the bus service would want to increase the frequency of the number of buses at a time to avoid such long waiting time?”
