Why would anyone want to develop south ledge when there is nothing on those rocks except birds and bird shit?
HSR is good but by having it from jb sentral you can cut cost considerably.
If PAP insist on jurong east, then best to complement HSR with commuter rail from say batu pahat, Pontian/ forest city and kulai also. Reduce congestion at RTS woodlands.
