There is no need to build it. Just build a PAP owned rail service on current ktm land in singapore which is under PAP ownership from woodlands. Cheap and effective.

British left a shit for us. If the KTM rail line continues to operate for Rail purpose, it is technically Malaysian territory. If it runs into woodlands or city central, Malaysia as every right to gold-plate the tracks and station soldiers on the tracks. In a way, it was sovereign.
