Dun think so, u need more capable CPU as Graphic edit is very CPU / GPU intensive

More RAM more better less lag

The more expensive one should be the newer one, with the M2 chip.

The older version one has the M1 chip.

These are fanless ARM chips, Apple no longer using chips from Intel.

If you want to buy gadgets, maybe wait for a sale or the next Black Friday etc.
