Just 4 years since upgrading and rain floods my utility room through cracks in wall

STOMPer Gil was shocked to find this deep crack in the wall letting rain water into his 4-year-old utility room, built as part of HDB's upgrading project.

Gil wrote:

"It was with horror that I discovered that my less than four-year-old upgraded utility room was flooded with water, even with all my windows closed. The water had seeped through the crack in the picture above.

"I called the 24-hour helpline for my Town Council and was told that my request would only be attended to on Monday (Sep 04).

"I am praying that it will not rain while I am asleep later. I'm just glad that I was awake to switch off all my appliances in the room."
