Heard that their service is down again...

Switch to 2G or GSM because their 3G is gone.

We have great infrastructure that Public Transport is Unpredictable, Telecommunication is Unreliable, Housing price is Unreachable.

The record million dollar fines are a pittance as compared to what the telcos are earning. It's high time the government enforce a rule that they pay tens of millions as compensation to affected users. Then the lapses in service will magically disappear.

Service lapse of 2hrs or more- half month bill waived
12 hrs or more- 1 month bill waived
1 day or more- 2 months bill waived

better than pay the government a million or so then suah.

Implement something that'll hurt them more:

1) A ban on all forms of advertising and promotions for one year.

2) Hiring freeze for one year.

3) Share dividend payout to its competitors.

Not bad suggestion.
