Looks like a malay ( actually south thailand malay) version of char koay teow. Got grave type. After wok hei.
Special with prawns and cockles plus egg should be about RM10. You cannot find it in jb as thai influence not very strong. Must go KL and above.
 
This appears to be a variation of the well-known KL Hokkien Mee dish, characterized by its dark sauce. However, instead of the traditional rice noodles, it uses Koay Teow as the main dish base.
 
Be careful, there are many trashy Tiongs selling 'Penang food' these days.

That looks nothing like your traditional Penang style CKT, but Tiongs probably don't know and don't care. All 炒粉 to them.

Trashy Tiongs should stick to their natural talent: providing budget fucks for the common people.
