Count the mp incharge of the Orchard area damn super lucky on this day.The Orchard road flooding day.The rain only lasted for 1 day on that day.
Imagine what if it continue to rain for the last 7 days???And imagine the rain was consider big but not big enough like those we saw in Philipines.
This is only a big one time rain pour...and not a super big lasting big rain pour.Like this already caused this type of flooding.What if the real big big long long lasting type of rain pour come???

Oh I see, the video is taken in University of the East Ramon Magsaysay, Phillipines during Typhoon Ondoy in Sept 2009.

If cars float away like that in Orchard Rd, PAP will lose election for sure
