NCMP’s Parliamentary Question on “hacking”?

The Singapore People’s Party’s (SPP) facebook says “Were the govt websites indeed hacked or under maintenance over the past week? Were the sensitive data of citizens compromised? The explanations so far have been mixed and unclear. NCMP Mrs Lina Chiam has tabled a question in Parliament to ask the Minister to clarify:

Mrs Lina Chiam: To ask the Minister for Communications and Information (a) whether the Government websites that were down on 2-3 November 2013 were due to a planned maintenance or due to hacking; (b) what were the Government websites that were being maintained or hacked; and (c) whether sensitive data such as that stored in the SingPass system have been compromised if hacking is established.”

Her question not in 11 Nov Order Paper?

I understand that NCMP Mrs Chiam filed the above Parliamentary Question (PQ) and it was accepted a few days ago by the Clerk of Parliament. However, in the latest Order Paper for the Parliament Sitting on Monday, 11 Nov, her PQ does NOT appear.

Why is it that her above PQ on “hacking” does not appear in Monday’s Order Paper?

Perhaps her PQ also kenna “hacked”?

It appears that none of the PQ relate to hacking. I am sure some PAP MPs would not let opposition MPs take the wind, but no hacking questions from them either. Probably the hacking happened before some parliamentary cut-off time.
